Rajasthan Desert Festival Tour Itinerary

• Day 1- Arrival at Delhi

  On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and then your drive begins straight to the pre-booked hotel in Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2- Delhi Sightseeing

  After breakfast explore the historical sights of Delhi city such as Jama masjid, red fort and Gandhi smriti known as Raj Ghat. Later explore the colonial sites such as India Gate and the President House. Enjoy sumptuous lunch at the local restaurant. Later visit the Qutub Minar and the Humayun tomb. Overnight stay at Delhi.

• Day 3- Delhi – Agra

  On the third day of your tour, you will be driven straight to Agra city the historical city of Mughals. Upon reaching check in to hotel and relax. In the afternoon explore the Agra fort and the sunset view of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Garden. This spectacular garden located on the back drop of Taj mahal and itself a perfect sunset view point of Taj. Explore Agra bazaars and shop for handicraft articles. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4- Agra – Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri

  Early morning watches the epitome of love Taj Mahal from inside. This magnificent white marble monument was built by the Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the loving memory of her wife Mumtaj. Afterwards return to hotel for breakfast. Afterwards you will proceed to the pink city Jaipur. En- route explore the Fatehpur Sikri where you can watch the string of palaces like Jodhabai mahal, Tansen platform, Panch Mahal etc. Upon reaching Jaipur you will be checked in to hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 5- Jaipur Sightseeing Tour

  After morning breakfast, you will be visiting the Amber fort or Amer fort which is one of the iconic monuments of Jaipur. Here an elephant ride awaits to reach up to the main entrance. This fort is displaying the best example of Indo Islamic architecture and you can witness the architectural beauty of 16th - 17th century. Afterwards experience the residence and royal museum City palace where still the royal family residing in this fort. And Now explore the astronomical observatory Jantar Mantar, Palace of breeze Hawa mahal and the Patrika gate. In the evening enjoy shopping in traditional markets like Bapu bazaar. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6- Jaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar

  This day you will leave after breakfast to Pushkar the religious town of Rajasthan state. Here visit the sacred Pushkar lake, Brahma temple, Savitri temple and other Hindu temple. Now move to the Adjacent town Ajmer where you can visit the Dargah Ajmer sharif which is one of the hubs of Muslim religion. Overnight stay at Pushkar city.

• Day 7- Pushkar-Jodhpur

  After breakfast you will be leaving to the nest city of Rajasthan which is a paradise for photography lovers. Here explore the Mehrangarh fort built by Rao Jodha. Then visit the Jaswant Thada cenotaphs of the royal family famous for its intricate designing and architecture. Later enjoy the visit of Umaid Bhavan palace one of the Royal palaces of more then 350 rooms where one side the royal family residing and in another part a luxury 5-star hotel operated. Your evening is free ti explore the clock tower market. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8- Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

  On the eighth day of your tour, you will be leaving to the desert town of Rajasthan state known as Jaisalmer. This beautiful city is the hub of Forts and royal Havelies. Upon reaching you will visit the famous Golden fort (Sonar Qila) which is one of the residential forts in India where still thousands of people resident in the fort campus. Then explore the Patwon Ki haveli, Nathmal ki haveli and Salim Singh ki haveli. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 9- Jaisalmer Desert Festival Tour

  On this day you will enjoy the charming desert festival where you can experience many activities like folk dances, camel ride, Kite flying etc. In the evening you will proceed to the Sam sand dunes where you can enjoy camel safari in Thar desert. Overnight stay at hotel in camps / hotel in Jaisalmer.

• Day 10- Jaisalmer- Bikaner

  After the sumptuous breakfast you drive begin to the next city of Rajasthan state known as Bikaner. This city is famous for its magnificent forts such as Junagarh palace and Lal Garh palace which will take you back to the golden era. Afterwards you will explore one of the largest Camel breeding centers in Asia. After the visit return back to hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 11- Bikaner – Mandawa

  After breakfast you will head towards the mandawa located in sekhawati region famous for its havelies and mansions. This place is also known as the open art gallery of India where you can visit Mandawa Fort, murmuria haveli and Gulab rai ladia haveli. Overnight stay at mandawa hotel.

• Day 12- Mandawa- Delhi

  After the healthy breakfast your drive begin straight back to the capital city. Upon reaching check in to hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 13- Delhi Departure

  After breakfast you will be checked out from hotel and we will transfer straight to Delhi airport to catch the return flight for onwards journey.
